In the world of entertainment. A world known
for it's back-biting, lies, corruption and egoistical superstars. It is
refreshing to meet a star, who does not conform to the norm. That man is,
Gerry Anderson. This book, is dedicated to you, Mr Anderson.
Who but you, would take time to
give comfort and counsel to an uneducated, single mother, living in a bog,
outside Clogher. Mr Anderson, your good deeds have not gone unnoticed. If
you do not recieve an OBE, in the New Year Honours List - then all I can
say, is shame. Shame on a world that lauds popstars and football players
while ignoring the charitable good works of people like you.
Step forward Mr Anderson. Step
forward and take a bow. You are an inspiration to us all and a credit to
your profession. Without your kindness and support, I think it is fair to
say, that Rosie Ryan, would be swinging from the end of a rope, or throwing
herself against the wall in the loony bin. Have no fear Mr Anderson,
your good deeds have not gone unnoticed. As the good book says, 'Blessed are
they who comfort single mothers, living in bogs, for their's is the kingdom
of heaven . . . Amen.'
